TURN AROUND TIME:
Every item is made to order, which means each item is created specifically for you! Because of this, it does take a little bit of time to create and ship everything out. Current turnaround time 21-36 business days. (usually sooner). While I try my best to get them out to you as soon as possible, please understand that I am a working mama and unfortunately some delays may be out of my control. If there is a delay, or if a collection requires a longer TAT, I will let you know and keep you updated! Thank you for your patience and understanding. I hope you LOVE your Spooky Mama mail!
SAFETY FIRST
Please remember to remove bows while in car seats, strollers, cribs and while unsupervised. Bows should only be worn while children are under close supervision. While we all wish we could wear our bows 24/7, your child's safety is my number one concern. Please remember that bows are not a toy, and could potentially become choking hazards. Safety first, ALWAYS.

Because all items are hand made to order, all sales are final. If for any reason there is a problem with your order, please email me at spookymamacompany@gmail.com and we will find a solution together. Please understand that once your package is in possession of the Post Office, it is out of my hands and I will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages.
