1. Turnaround Time

  • All items are made to order and created specifically for you.
  • Current turnaround time: 21–36 business days (often sooner).
  • Delays may occur due to high volume, collection launches, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • If a delay occurs, you will be notified and updated promptly via email or Instagram.
  • Thank you for your patience! We hope you LOVE your SpookyMamaCo mail.

2. Safety First

  • All bows and accessories should be removed while in car seats, strollers, cribs, or when children are unsupervised.
  • Bows are not toys and could become a potential choking hazard.
  • Items should only be worn under close adult supervision.
  • Your child’s safety is our number one priority. Safety first, always.

3. Shipping & Returns

  • All items are handmade to order and FINAL SALE. No refunds or cancellations are accepted.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package at info@spookymamaco.com and we will work to find a solution.
  • Once your package is in the possession of the Post Office, it is out of our control. SpookyMamaCo is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
  • Tracking information is provided for all orders. Please monitor your tracking to ensure safe delivery.

4. Chargeback & Legal Protection

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to our turnaround, safety, and shipping policies.
  • All sales are documented via email confirmation and tracking information.
  • Any chargeback filed in violation of these terms may result in additional fees, collections, or legal action.
  • These policies are designed to protect both the customer and SpookyMamaCo.
