By placing an order with SpookyMamaCo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Your purchase constitutes a legally binding agreement.

2. Final Sale Policy

All items are FINAL SALE. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us within 3 days of placing your order via email or Instagram.
Requests after 3 days will not be accepted.

3. Shipping & Tracking

Tracking information is provided for every order once the shipping label is printed.
Tracking is usually updated within 3 business days after shipping.
SpookyMamaCo is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues are outside of our control.

4. Chargebacks & Legal Protection

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting SpookyMamaCo to resolve the issue.
All orders are documented and can be verified via email, payment processor, and tracking records.
Any chargeback filed in violation of these Terms may result in additional fees, collections, and legal action.
