• All items are made to order and produced specifically for each customer once an order is placed.

• Current turnaround time: 21–36 business days (often sooner). Turnaround time refers to the time needed to create your order before it ships.

• Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

• Delays may occur due to high order volume, collection launches, holidays, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• If a delay occurs, you will be notified and updated promptly via email or Instagram.

• Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your package.
